OSF Saint Francis Medical Center
and Children's Hospital of
Illinois are planning an expansion project that will touch
thousands of lives. The new Milestone project will impact
the lives of newborn babies, children, adults and seniors.
Milestone will create job opportunities, provide
state-of-the-art healthcare services, and even update the look of
our city. The plan? Build a new, $234 million,
440,000-square-foot addition to the medical center - one of the
biggest construction projects ever planned in our area.
The Milestone Project will allow OSF Saint Francis and Children's Hospital to meet the community's
growing healthcare needs. Construction is scheduled to be
completed
in the summer of 2010.
